Meet the team!

Our team is a group of passionate advocates, counselors, and community leaders united for one cause- to help women regain independence after domestic violence experiences. Each member brings unique contributions, working together to ensure safety and guidance.

Founder

Deborah Williams

Deborah Williams, Founder and CEO of the W.E.W. Foundation and DW3 Enterprise, empowers women affected by domestic violence. With a master’s in education from Prairie View A&M University, she has advocated for inclusion and child safety initiatives through corporate partnerships. A seasoned speaker featured on Fox 4 Insight, Heaven 97, and community events, she has also held leadership roles with the Park South YMCA and the Prairie View A&M University Alumni Association. Recently, she launched DW3 Enterprise, a natural hair care brand.
